John 14:4 “And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. 5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.”
Jesus Christ is the exclusive “way” to God “the Father”; said another way, “no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”! The only “way” we can come to lovingly know “the Father” is through Jesus Christ our Mediator. The only “way” we can come before “the Father” in prayer, is through Jesus Christ our Mediator. The only “way” we will ever enter Heaven to be with “the Father” is through Jesus Christ our Mediator. There is no other “way”, only through Jesus Christ, for “no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”! No other thing or human being living or dead can facilitate access to “the Father”, only Jesus Christ. No magic words, no mystical acts, and no great sacrifices can secure our access to “the Father”, only Jesus Christ! While preaching under inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Peter plainly declared that many reject Him, but Jesus Christ is the ONLY means of our “salvation”: “Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:10-12)! Oh, let us join the Eternal Corus and sing, “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power” (Revelation 4:11)!
