Hebrews 13:4 “Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.”
Biblical “Marriage” and families are the basic building blocks for a healthy society. When these building blocks are taken away, a once strong and prosperous society begins to erode into all manner of evil and corruption and sin. Life becomes harsh and miserable. Our Heavenly Father has Commanded that “honourable” marriages be established and maintained. He warns that He will “judge” those who live and behave in dishonor, such as “whoremongers and adulterers”. This judgement comes upon those who refuse to repent and “hear” and “do” the Word of God (James 1:22). When God sends His Holy Judgment, people’s lives fall into misery and whole societies and nations fall into ruin. There is love in a Biblical family that fills it with peace and happiness and strengthens it against adverse times. This motivating love soon appears in society and then also fills it with peace and happiness and strengthens it against adverse times. Loving parents strengthen and prepare their children for adulthood by taking them to Church and teaching them about God (the Word of God) and demonstrating godliness to them. Let us now declare, “as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD” (Joshua 24:15).
